Natalie Morales, one of the anchors of the ‘Today Show’, listed her Hoboken brownstone for sale on June 8th, for $3.1 million. And we can confirm that the property went under contract almost immediately – on June 14th.

Morales is planning on moving to California to be ‘Today’s’ west coast correspondent. Morales purchased the abode in 2002 with her husband for $1 million – not a bad return on investment.

The brownstone was built in 1901 and underwent a renovation in 2008. The property is 3,600 square feet, with five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and three living rooms. And offers original woodworking and architectural details along with a 600 square foot outdoor patio.

The location, as seen below, is excellent – uptown on 12th and Garden street. And it’s right near where the new Trader Joe’s will be opening up on 14th and Willow

The property is also quite large judging by its floor plan:

It’s not surprising that the property sold so quickly with more families choosing to stay in Hoboken and other urban environments. So quick, in fact, it beats the sale of 504 Hudson – which went under contract in 9 days at the full asking price of $6.5 million.
